Church Family,

This is going to be one of the most eventful weekends we've ever had at Asbury and Wesley Oak. It all begins tonight at 8 pm with an opportunity to see a showcase of an original musical - free of charge!
Asburian, actor, musician, and writer, Ryan McCurdy cowrote the musical, NIAGARA. It has already been showcased once in New York, and we are excited that Ryan has chosen Asbury as the venue to showcase it in Savannah. Hope you will join us to experience the innerworkings of the development of a musical that we hope will be performed throughout the country one day.
Then tomorrow morning, Saturday, June 15th at 11:00 a.m., we will be having the Memorial Service for Rev. Claire Marich's mother, Carol Harrison. The ceremony is not at the church; It is on Zoom. Here is the information to help you get connected to the service.
Join Zoom Meeting https://zoom.us/j/93582475130
Meeting ID: 935 8247 5130
Then at 1:00 pm tomorrow afternoon, we will be having a HYMN SING at the Wesley Oak Campus. Come join us on the corner of Victory Drive and Mechanics Blvd. as we praise God in the Wesley Oak sanctuary (and its new roof)! Whether you are a seasoned singer or just love to listen, all are welcome to join in this celebration of faith through music.
Then, of course, on Sunday, we will be having our worship services at Wesley Oak (9:30 a.m.) and Asbury Memorial (11:15 a.m.).
At Asbury, my sermon title is Heart and Soul. The main text will be the story of the prophet Samuel anointing young David (I Samuel 16:1-13). If there was ever a story our world needs to hear today, it is this one. I look forward to bringing you its message.

SILENT AUCTION & MUSICAL REVUE - Saturday, June 22

The great musical revue we've all been waiting for is upon us!

Coming from Florida will be Kate Jacobson, one of the best pure natural singers I have ever heard. They've also talked me into singing something, but don't let that keep you from coming!

The Show starts at 7:30 PM
$15 Admission
