The Easter Lily Cross is given in memory of Dr. Ned Downing and to the glory of God by the Downing family. Flowers for the service and sanctuary have also been given by Linda Burton in memory of Pauline Costello.
Special Thanks:
Every Sunday at Asbury, there are people who work behind the scenes to help make the day so meaningful and wonderful for all of us and for our visitors. We thank those unsung heroes of faith—our greeters, ushers, connecters, nursery workers, children's church teachers, and Asbury's Hospitality Team.

Pre-Sermon Announcements
Including an announcement from Nick Deffley about the Asbury Green Team's upcoming meeting on April 25, with a special presentation by Dr. Clark Alexander of the Skidaway Island Marine Institute; a "welcome back" to Asburian Roy Hill, who has been absent for about nine months due to muliple surgeries and illness; birthday greetings to Anita Clay (97); and the congregation singing the hymn "We Meet You, O Christ."

Solo: "Love Changes Everything"
At the end of his sermon, Rev. Billy Hester dedicates a song to Asburian Roy Hill, returning from a serious illness for the first time this Easter. Billy suggested that the congregaion replace the word Love with God in their minds every time they hear it in the song (since the words are one and the same).
